| EGC has recently secured planning for a bold scheme to convert this five-bed house into four modern flats. This large Art Deco family home located in the sort after area of Chiswick, West London, was acquired in April 2018. EGC undertook minor refurbishments to enable letting of the house whilst the design was finalised. Through strategically progressing two separate planning applications, the first to secure an expanded building envelope via side and rear extensions, the second to confirm the split into flats, EGC was able to successfully receive approval for a four-flat scheme. EGC is currently tendering the project and aiming to break ground in the summer of 2020 with completion targeted for early 2021. |
