| EGC was engaged by an end user to lead the redevelopment of their home from the initial concept design, through planning and construction and concluding with a successful refinance of the property. The project consisted of a large side and rear extension which enabled conversion from a one bed into a spacious two bed flat whilst modernising the finishes throughout and creating a new sun-drenched open plan kitchen/living space opening onto a paved and turfed rear garden. |
