| EGC's first major project involved the full refurbishment and conversion of a three bed semi detached residence. The property was purchased in September 2015 in a very poor condition and following minor redecoration was let for two years whilst planning was progressed. EGC secured an ambitious scheme which involved an extensive side and rear extension to almost double the original size of the property to create a spacious ground floor three bed garden flat and a generous two bed two bath first floor flat. Both flats are now let following successful completion and refinance of the project in April 2018. |
