| PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED - EGC purchased this underutilised corner plot with a 1950’s bungalow that was at odds with the surrounding architecture. The site had two previous applications that had gone to appeal and been dismissed. EGC instructed an architect experienced in working in Conservation areas and are now progressing a large revised scheme that will involve demolition of the bungalow and development of five flats seamlessly integrated with the surrounding streetscape. The application has recently had a positive pre-application review with the local council and EGC is confident of a successful outcome |
