A few projects we're proud of

Shakespeare Road, Acton

A stunning modern conversion from a derelict two bed semi-detached house into a ground floor three bed flat and a two bed flat. The project wasn't without complex planning and party wall issues, however, through meticulous planning and liaison EGC effectively navigated the project to a successful and profitable completion.

Grove Park Gardens, Chiswick

An underutilised corner plot with a 1950’s bungalow that was at odds with the surrounding architecture. The site had two previous applications that had gone to appeal and been dismissed. EGC instructed an Architect experienced in Conservation areas and have recently had a positive pre-application meeting for a 5 flat new build scheme. EGC are now close to formal submission.

Ellesmere Road, Chiswick

EGC undertook minor refurbishments to enable letting of the house whilst the design was finalised. Through strategically progressing two separate planning applications, the first to secure an expanded building envelope via side and rear extensions, the second to confirm the split into flats, EGC was able to successfully receive approval for a four-flat scheme.
